HEY, I'M LAURA
As a small business owner myself...I know how hard it is to wear all the hats all of the time.

My goal is to help as many woman gain back as much time as possible to spend on the things that really put a smile on your face.
​
My clients come to me because their admin is taking over their life, leaving little time for them to actually work on the tasks that they started their business for. They got massively overwhelmed by the amount of time and effort it was going to take to figure out how to sort all of this out.

I completely understand if that's how you feel right now. That's how I felt too.

As women, we wear many hats every day. So let me help you with one of those so you can focus on what really matters.
Outside of my business I am...
A mum to a footy-loving teenage boy, so I spend a lot of time at football matches! It’s a good thing I’ve grown to love the sport!
And if I’m not freezing my butt off watching football, I’m usually curled up on the sofa with my cat, Hugo, reading a book.
I often daydream about moving to a sleepy Spanish village and living the rest of my life out like a Hallmark romance film!

CLIENT EXPERIENCE STRATEGIST
Our Client Experience Expert is responsible for the overarching strategy on any project. Laura is the Lead Client Experience Strategist.

OPS MANAGER
Our Ops Manager is responsible for project management and overseeing the Ops Assistants. Along with Laura, the Ops Manager will be your main point of contact.

OPS ASSISTANT
Our Ops Assistants will be helping out on your project to complete some of the project setup tasks. With a perfectly curated small team, we'll get your project finished quickly.
