Hey, I'm Laura — a CRM implementor based in Newcastle upon Tyne (UK), working with Systems Pros and OBMs all over the world.

When I'm not deep in someone's Dubsado account, you'll probably find me freezing my butt off on the sidelines of a football pitch — my teenage son is football-obsessed, and honestly, I've come round to it. Mostly.
If there's no football on, I'm curled up on the sofa with my cat Hugo and a good book. And if I'm being completely honest, at least 30% of my brain is permanently daydreaming about packing it all in and moving to a sleepy Spanish village to live out the rest of my days like a Hallmark romance film.
(The other 70% is thinking about Dubsado workflows. It's a gift and a curse.)
