COME VISIT MY SISTER BRAND 'LAURA FELLOWS CO' IF YOU'RE NOT A SYSTEMS PRO, BUT NEED A DUBSADO SETUP
Because a good form isn't just about how it looks — it's about how it works too.
Here's a look at some of the proposals, contracts and questionnaires I've designed inside Dubsado, HoneyBook and Moxie. On-brand, polished, and built to make your client's customers think "ooh, fancy" before they've even read a word.

DUBSADO PROPOSAL
Bookkeeper
Sometimes a proposal just needs to get out of its own way. With a little custom coding, I stripped this one back and restructured it so the information flows naturally, everything is easy to find, and their clients can get from "interested" to "signed" without a single "wait, what does this bit mean?"

DUBSADO PROPOSAL
Website Designer
A website designer's proposal needs to do one thing above everything else — prove they can design. This one had to work hard from the very first page. With parallax scrolling, custom fonts, and carefully considered layouts, I built a proposal that doesn't just present the services — it is the portfolio piece. Because when your client's clients open this, they should already be sold.

DUBSADO PROPOSAL
Birth Midwife
For a midwife, trust isn't just nice to have — it's everything. This proposal needed to feel as warm and professional as the service itself. Simple, clear layouts that make finding information effortless, a design that feels calm and considered, and a structure that gently guides clients through everything they need to know before they say yes. Because the experience starts long before the first appointment.

DUBSADO PROPOSAL
Digital Marketing Agency
A digital marketing agency's proposal needs to practise what they preach — and a clunky, dated document just won't cut it. This one needed to look as current and polished as the work they're selling. Clean typography, considered layouts, and a structure that moves the client smoothly from "here's who we are" to "here's how to get started" without a single unnecessary click. Because if you're selling marketing expertise, your proposal should probably look like it.

DUBSADO PROPOSAL
SMM
When your packages have moving parts — monthly retainers, kick-off fees, optional add-ons — a messy proposal creates confused clients. This one needed to lay everything out clearly, so clients could see their options, pick their package, and add on exactly what they needed without having to ask. The result? A proposal that practically closes itself.

MOXIE PROPOSAL
Creative Agency
Sometimes the brief is simple — no custom code, no fancy tricks, just a beautifully built proposal that lets the client's branding do the talking. This Moxie proposal for a creative agency was all about showcasing their visual identity while making it completely effortless for their clients to say yes. Clean structure, clear packages, and everything laid out so intuitively that the only question left is which package to choose.
There's a whole lot more where that came from.
If your client needs more than just beautiful forms — think data entry, workflow builds, or the full end-to-end setup — I've got a package for that too. Have a look at what else I can take off your plate.
